OUR WORK

Our work is to empower disadvantaged young lives with Competency. We empower vulnerable children out of social marginalization, isolation and discrimination and lifting selected livelihoods through 3 core programs, using music as a tool. We have a program that integrates education with talents and life skills development and community empowerment. Working as a team to deliver the best.

We conduct a back ground check for potential staff, who undergo a child protection training, refreshed ounce anually. This enables us to fulfill our noble role and responsibility of naturing, guiding and raising these children responsibly, while rentlessly protecting, ensuring safety for them to live to their fullest potential and enjoy a meaningfull life.

Some of our Staff, being from the same backgrounds as the beneficiaries, they are uniquely qualified to understand the difficulties they face. All our staff and beneficiaries receive health-care as well as personal and professional development support.

EDUCATE BRASS FOUNDATION strongly believes in teamwork, the power of partnerships, and is interested in forming meaningful alliances with organizations, individuals, corporations, foundations, to serve more disadvantaged children, create more visible impact, and develop more sustainable models. We believe that team work can help achieve more when we work together.

EDUCATE BRASS FOUNDATION is also interested in finding collaborations, to share goals and cultural learning exchanges. These should be centered on EDUCATE BRASS FOUNDATION programs. We are also looking for partnerships that can help with capacity building and training opportunities for our staff.

We seek out partnerships with education organizations, music essembles, individuals, developement organizations and connect them with their priority programs for support. We only select partners that meet our strict standards for impact evaluation, deep relationships with the community, local hands-on focus, proven track record, and innovation. That way, we provide our Educate Brass Foundation community with pre-screened causes that effectively deliver change every day.
